Assisted Standard Scigenics, a subsidiary of Standard Glass Lining Technology Limited, in its slump sale acquisition of Scigenics (India) Private Limited.

Assisted the promoter group of Argo Solar Private Limited in the sale of their stake to a major regional infrastructure player.

Assisted in the majority stake sale by a non-bank finance company to Prashant Pitti-promoted Opticap Holding India Private Limited (Optimo Capital).

Assisted Septathalon Services (Machaxi) in closing its Pre-Series A round led by Zerodha’s Rainmatter Investments, which also saw investment by Prakash Padukone.

Assisted in securing the Pre-Series A fund raise from Inflection Point Ventures, and the private placement of securities to athlete Nisha Millet.
